There appears to be of of property managers on here with extensive knowledge on Condos, anyone of you looking for a job, I need a declaration written ASAP for a condo I am building...
all jokes aside, you cannot park your bike or store anything flamible, corrosive , explosive , etc in a storage locker it is against condo rules in 99.9% of buildings , read the declaration and rules.
what you can do is write a request addressed to the board of directors and management asking to install a concrete bike lock post system into the ground of the garage at your expense , of they allow it just chain it and pray, otherwise you are just waiting for your bike to be taken away in a van. In the several buildings I manage all bikes were stolen by the same van in a matter of 2 days ... All at 10 am...if you live in a condo, be carefull how you park because theiefs will always find a way in despite 24 security and all the cameras in the world
