Been holding a tiny bit of RCAT and UMAC... its been a wild ride

At least RCAT i got in early enough, i cant say the same for UMAC.. might sell when i break even

Are you still holding HOG?
I downgraded my expectation of HOG ever buying me a motorcycle so I sold all but a few shares -- I'm hoping for a HD Tee Shirt.

KTM stock is up 70 percent in month would have been a great flip.

I learned a long time ago you can make a lot of money playing roulette if you're good and lucky. The market for KTM shares is being made by pump-and-dump speculators with a thumb on the scale - roulette has better odds.

For reference, here is S&P500. Not quite comparable as it's from today not from dec 31 but probably close.

I've been in DFN.TO for some time ... 2 months or so they didn't pay dividends recently but otherwise, a solid yield of 25% at the moment. That'll double your money in less than 3 years if you DRIP it.

XEQT anyone?

I'm thinking of getting in for longterm savings but i dont like the idea of the trading fee for each transation
I have money a bit all over the place so i think i need to consolidate.

There is a whole reddit section on XEQT for life. I only have a bit in kids RESP to diversify it. Well, technically I have VEQT but they are close cousins. XEQT MER is 0.04% smaller. VEQT has more canadian exposure than XEQT. Most of their RESP is in XQQ (Nasdaq ETF) so I didn't want to add more US focus.

I hold some XEQT and it has been fairly good so far. Questrade and Wealthsimple only charge a trading fee when you sell an ETF, so they are ideal if your are buying etfs on a monthly contribution plan.

I hold almost all of my investments at Investors edge (Margin, RRSP, RRIF, and TFSA) but pay a trading fee 0f $6.95/ ETF or Stock trade

i like that...maybe ill consider wealthsimple, yet another platform/account LOL

i've got investease (just MF), direct investing (stocks and other things) which is similar to investors edge and another basic investment rsp where i can put part of my bonus towards (also MF but i dont really touch it otherwise)
