Still in the Game Rides!!

You guys are due for a Niagara run before this season ends.

Though some nice roads, scenery and great places to eat it is this part I have trouble getting over. An hour across the worst slab this side of the Rockies! I'm sure it is the same reason you don't make the trek out to join us for a ride up north or even east.
In that same hour we can be getting to the Kawarthas, Rice Lake or the Muskokas with zero slab.
If the stars lined up and there was a ride posted I would try to make it out to a Niagra ride and let someone who knows the roads lead. Other than that Niagra is just another exit sign on the slab to Pennsylvania.
I would enjoy getting together for a ride though, it just sucks that the middle ground is Forks of the Credit! *sigh*

Nice lookin' weekend coming!
I'm thinkin' Saturday we do a run up north.
Probably leave around 9:30-10ish from Famous Sams or Aninnas. Still building route and watching temps so will nail down the meet up details later.

PM or post if interested.

P.S. I am also getting a mountain bike ride together for Sunday in Durham Forest if interested.

Saturday Sept. 28th Famous Sams (Woodbine & Stouffville Rd)
Meet around 9ish and be on the road for 9:30.
Probably be in the 10-11hr range with a stop for lunch and a couple of coffee breaks.
Next weekend is Blue Ridge Parkway for me so I suspect this will be my last run up north for the season.

What sorta bikes are you guys on? Is there a route somebody can PM me? I wouldn't mind tagging along if it's ok.

Never done reverse muskoka. Not sure what happens. Does time stand still? Move backwards? Does north become south and south north. Do the poor become rich and the rich poor? Does the lion lay down with the lamb?

Not sure I want to know. May have to stay home.

Seems to vary with the day. Some info available on rider profile. Routes less so. All welcome. But are you sure you want to? Seems to be an acquired taste.

see my sig.don't brake until you see god. Or just meet at the next intersection. Show up or don't...too many questions!!!

I hope you're not bringing the Harley.

As long as its not a dozens of fast bikes parading through corners then yes I want to come.

If the type of bike matters this may not be for the ride you. I/we don't really care.

I agree with the dozens of bikes thing as I prefer a smaller group, probably because it makes seating at the restaurant easier, but I don't care if they parade through corners or not. In fact if you enjoy parading through corners enjoy youself, whoever is leading will gladly be waiting somewhere along the same road.
