This weekend (27th/28th) is looking good weather wise. I am planning on heading out on the Sunday, probably swing by Famous Sams late morning for a coffee or grab a bite to eat at Aninna's in Goodwood. Just have a casual ride out to Port Perry and beyond before looping back around.
Has anyone heard how bad the roads are from the flooding up in Rosseau/Huntsville/Bracebridge area??? Was going to wait to hear if snorkles or knobby tires are needed before venturing up that way.
If anyone is interested in meeting up for the ride, pm or post and we can nail down the details then.

Could be a good ride.....will check if I can make it.....

The overnight temps are to be around 4 degrees so I'd like to give it a bit of time to warm up.
Say, Famous Sams around 10, head out around 10:30 or so.
Make our way out to Port Perry and decide where to take it from there.

I am not on any schedule that day so am flexible. I just want to get out and burn out the old gas, get some wear on the new tires and get a feel for the new bike.
Feel free to PM or post if you have any questions etc.

cool i have be at jiujitsu at 3 in Newmarket but I'm good otherwise. See you there at 10. Thanks good looking
 
Hey buddy, I haven't been out much so far this year, between the weather and some projects etc. so yeah this ride will be a pretty laid back affair.
I will pick my spots to see if the mods had any effect..lol. All familiar roads but I haven't been on them this year so will be keeping an eye out for gravel, pot holes or whatever. Figure we will just make our way out to Port Perry then decide if we just loop around or head down to the Royal Dist. tent sale...

Thanks for the invite guys! Tomorrow is my sisters birthday so I wont be able to attend the ride but if you guys do anything afterwards, by all means let me know!

Agreed ...I'm awesome....his name is Gary and he isn't on here so we can make fun of him.
 
Today was what this thing is all about, good conversation, good laugh and a good ride. Great start to the season and it was nice seeing you guys again and meeting Gary. Thanks once again for lunch Jason, and thanks for not eating mine too! Bwaahaha...
