Small grinders?

Downside is its made by Power fist LOL

This is true, however mines been going for a few years with a fair amount of use. It is also much quicker if your doing any volume of work since you don't have to wait for the compressor to catch up every 30 secs. It is also alot quieter.

If your going with an air grinder and are planning on doing any grinding other then the occasional now and then make sure you get a compressor that can handle a 9-10CFM draw or you'll spend more time waiting then grinding.

OK, so everybody can rest easy, I just picked up a 90 deg. Porter Cable @ the Deppot($100). Seems like a nice piece, we'll see. Nice and small, the straight is even smaller (out of stock, display model only). I'm chuffed.

For those that haven't bought there grinders yet, I have a 2hp 5gal, and a 2hp 20gal compressor. My smaller die grinder and angled grinder, left over from a trade life will empty a tank in about 4-5 mins then I'm waiting for them to catch up.
I bought a Milwaukee electric for the instant torque and all day running and its been very good. I have a shelf of 3-4-5"-7-9" angle grinders from a dogs breakfast of manufacturers, for all they run they are just fine. Even a King and a powerfist and a Cheng sitting there.

I have a bunch of power fist die grinders with the 1", 2", 3" arbors. I have had the power fist grinders for about 10 years and they have been very good to me. no they arent as powerful as the name brand ones but they work good. at $29.99 on sale i would recommend them.
