This is not exactly humor, and it may not even be cultural/slav and maybe only apply to this person, but I know a Ukrainian lady who I hadn't seen for a while, and her way of showing affection and saying she missed me was to be sarcastic and almost passive aggressive, its so strange, I know her well enough so I know exactly what she meant, but if she was like that around anyone else, they would think she is insulting them
