Apparently they did. One account I read the driver said that cars were coming along side honking and they said they actually though the truck sped up. not sure how a truck can out accelerate a car up the bridge??

cant blame anyone for not putting themselves in front of the truck either, that could have been potential suicide if the driver is/was nuts (techinal term) and intentionally did this

Probably more common than you think. I've had to call the cops on a drunk Russian who brought a trailer into my place of work one time.

They didn't say he was drunk, just "impaired". Could be anything - acid, mushrooms, coke, his gf panties, etc.

Could be 'anything', but considering one of the 2 charges is he "blew over the legal limit", we can assume he'd been cocktailing.
 
They should really take a good look into all the driving schools from Bramladesh!
