What I have seen, is that the instructors that do not teach very well, know that they don't.
If they feel that they are teaching at a sub par level, they will usually take them selves out of the game so that the good instructors can do a better job.
A bad instructor will normally feel very bad that they are not doing such a great job.
If they try to do a better job, and it doesn't work out, they know it.
It bugs them. They will quit.
New instructors do not have the experience of seeing what each student needs, and lack the ability to get a weak student to pass.
If I had the choice I would go to a course where the instructors had many years of teaching under their belts, so that they can take care of me personally.
Colleges that have a high attrition lack this ability.
And the new instructors never see how a, really good experienced instructor, handles themselves in situations.
Learning from experience teaches competence.
