Agreed, an epic ride, one for the books.
And I am fine after the 18 hour ride, but cruisers are good for that...lol!

Jamie, you missed the best part - 507 paled to the roads we travelled after you bailed. But then you'd have a lot of problems making it into work today, so you likely made the right choice for you!

yeah, I had to book it back to Ultramar to take a dump! I had a "quick" ride back, stopped for gas and chow in port perry and didn't make it home till around 5.
 
Thanks BTW, VG! The rain gear & the clear visor that I went back to pick up off the road came in mighty handy on the way home! Lotsa stories to tell.
 
Top ride this year for sure and one for the books indeed. When I got home I figured I wouldn't ride for at least a month lol. That's how much pain I was in. But after resting all day yesterday, i'm nearly 100% to go riding again :) And it didn't rain after 12 here at all. We coulda stayed there, but glad that we all made it back in one piece :)

How you feeling now? All my recovery took place on Sunday and by Monday i'm back to normal :)
 
I feel great! Rode to work Monday then downtown for dinner meeting, left my cell there so book it back d/t again, lol ( just excuse to ride again ) and today to work and to airport for another dinner meeting. Rear tire is toast. Ordering new ones from Pete's.

Instead of Pete's I have another guy that did mine last fall. I'll likely do it again in the summer around fall. If you want we can go there together to have it done. it is some ride, close to London, but not pricy and good quality..
 
hey boys, don't know if I'll make it out in time tonight for the meetup.
stayed up late watching hockey and porn. having a nap after work today 100% .......oh btw my phone is FUBAR, touchscreen no worky??? so if you are sending my texts or calling to wake my arse up I can't get them!

no man i got some stuff to do today with family. can't go out.. i did ride to work though..

I got there at 9 something....lotsa bikes. I missed out on the Haugens chicken and ribs though....but I had a great nap. didn't get home till after midnight
