Registration leads to confiscation.

Can't you have it as a historic piece or do they require you to 'decommission' it like cannons and fill the barrel with concrete? Either way seems pretty ****** but I didn't know non-hunting rifles were legal in Canada, either.

Also as to what was written on last page, we all get affected. Tax dollars go towards pointless investigations and seizure operations but I guess you don't care where your money goes after its docked from your pay check and added to your expenses, huh.

It's no rumor, it's done. A bunch of CZ858 models are now prohibs as well. Send letters to conservative MPs and Steven Blaney... they're feeling the pressure now, that's the way to get change.

Don't need motorcycles either, maybe those can be next on the list...

Just sent an email to that bloated faced POS Jim Flaherty. If I Don't get a response by Tuesday I'll be at his constituency office Wednesday. His office staff are cowards, they lock the doors. Electronic access only.

Green machine, Come and get mine:cool:

Not when used as intended.

Intentions of law-abiding Canadian gun owners are pretty clear: hunting and sport shooting. We're now being robbed of guns that were up until 24 hours ago perfectly legal to own for a decade. A Swiss Arms rifle has never been used in the commission of a crime in Canada; as such, this has nothing to do with public safety. Are Canadians shooting eachother with $4000 Swiss-made rifles? LOL

Good points all. I just hate guns.

Its okay you're allowed to hate guns. I hate knitting, but I'll fight for your right to make me a scarf any day.

In celebration of our mutual understanding I will now fire off celebratory 9mm rounds into the air. If you are in Mississauga, stay indoors!

Dont hit Hazel!!!!

Canadian gun laws are so stupid its pointless to even discuss.

Its pointless bureaucracy with logic that even a 12 year old could tear apart.

PS **** you RCMP!
That's because they're petitioned by gun fearing idiots. Theses idiots have no understanding of firearms & what they do not understand they fear. They can't solve the real problem in society so they lash out at the most convenient item. It doesn't solve the problem but somehow they feel better about it.
