**Spoiler alert **Apparently one of the "inconsistencies" was that Sandra Bullock's character was supposed to be wearing a diaper when she got out of the space suit. LOL It's a solid movie and fairly realistic. It doesn't try too hard to be philosophical like Interstellar but everything it tries to do it does well.
To be honest, after watching both Gravity is the better movie.
The movie wasn't short. It's the standard length of a movie, 1.5 hrs. The story is new in my books. I don't think anyone has brought all the dangers astronauts faced in space. Like if you're propelled in one direction, you're not gonna stop unless something stops you. No air resistance, no gravity.
Which brings another inconsistency when they were running out of fuel. But anyway...
Love the final part where she tries to stand & couldn't because she was in space too long. When astronauts return to earth they have to acclimatise themselves to gravity.
I think you have to be a science geek to truly appreciate the movie. I'm glad this movie won alot of awards. An excellent movie in a long time
