So much fuss about a bit of filtering 
Legal issues aside....this guy is riding beyond is abilities and common sense.
He puts himself in so many bad situations, one every couple of seconds in this vid.
At around 1:50 he almost ends up on his face because a driver slowly changes into his lane....then continues to pass stupid close.
Bikes these days give riders a false sense or riding ability.
When im changing lanes in my 15,000 lb truck im not looking for anyone going 5x the speed in am between lanes. This is just asking to be road kill.

That maneuver at 1:50 shows that he was holding back enough so that he could correct and end up in either lane (or on a line) without issue.

Lol just take the shoulder the entire way then.
You'll get there just as fast without incident plus you're only breaking one law.
Thats a great way to get a flat tire.

How can you believe that makes sense?
same reason if you ride a dirt bike fast enough you can ride on water.
So wait......if I ride 'fast enough' I won't get a screw or other debris stuck in my tire. At some point the speed will take weight off of my tires, so much so that nothing can penetrate them? Now what about hitting a 7lb chunk of retread going 'fast enough'? Will I still be okay? How fast do I have to go?
just like if you got a ceiling fan that's spinning slow, you can stick your hand in and stop the blades. but if it's spinning fast, your hand doesn't get a chance to go through.
you gotta lay off the sauce, son. fast or slow, I doubt nails discriminate much. nails are not like water, and tires are not like ceiling fans
So lets use this video as an example.
The fan is the tire and steve-o is a chunk of tire from a transport left on the road in which the rider in the video would have had no room, time and skill to avoid.
