R6 idiot

It's funny how everyone outcasts this guy for riding like that, but I wonder how much of you don't lane split or pass on the shoulder or go faster then traffic. At least this guy has the balls to post a video of him doing it
100% agree.......sometimes i think this forum sponsored by 222 tips

Boy has balls of steel riding like that in Toronto traffic.

Note to noobs, ride like a nob make sure you have a flip plate....$20 investment.

I admit... So many times I've wanted to ride like this... I just don't feel like getting busted or squished, so I stay in line and behave.

Not big on skills and that thing that was supposed to be a wheelie? I wouldn't post that up on video. Some people are saying that we've all done this.. It's true and it's not...

1) If a reasonable rider splits, it's once or twice just to get around a couple of slow ****s holdin' hands, not at high speed between hundreds of cars

2) Shoulder passes are are also rare and generally avoided by most reasonable riders

3) Faster than the speed of traffic? Maybe by a little, but not by 100+km/h in bumper to bumper

Bottom line: This guy didn't leave himself any outs. People like him inspire the popo to get on our *****

Take a look at the Nissan vid, he forgets to flip his plate at the beginning (hence his plate # posted in this thread), but by the time he reaches the off ramp he's remembered to flip it up... ooops! too late

link?

I think some of you people need to chill out a bit. Who gives a **** about " giving us a bad name " and " having the cops after us "

Do you get all up in arms when you see a car flying down the highway, saying that they are giving car drivers a bad name ?

do you say the same thing when you see stunt guys on the highways in youtube videos ? I hope they die, i hope they get caught. ?!?

I watched it, I think he's crazy. I dont wish death on the guy, and Im not gonna rat a guy out to the cops either. thats a ***** move.

So if it turns out he crashes (hopefully not taking anyone else out with him) and you know it's the same guy from the video, would you still "RIP bro"/"GWS bro" in the fallen rider thread?

I wouldn't/couldn't be bothered, seeing how it's jackasses like that
1) contributes to my insurance rates to be higher than what it should be,
2) influences non-riders believing all 'sport bikers are hooligans' [i.e. shouldn't have told my boss that I ride],
3) enrages some cagers to have a deliberate 'hate-on' for bikers and
4) puts me in danger when they're zooming up behind me @ 200km/h while I'm changing lanes.

No sympathy here when they bite the big one.

Lol! know your jking, but that's what I'm talkin about! Guilt by association (I think in my next job I'm not going to let anyone know I ride)...

Didn't see anything "grossly" wrong with the riding in that video. The filtering is definitely illegal, but in the manner he was doing it, he kept things safe. Rider had great throttle control and kept a good amount of noise to let other traffic know he was there while at a standstill.

I'd say he was going a little too fast at times, but nothing "stupid." At some points in the video, it's very clear that he's given himself room to adjust for lane changes (you can see him do it twice, in the instance he passes on the left within the left lane, he shows that he could have just as easily done it in the right lane). Remember that if he's in the left lane and someone from the second lane chooses to change lanes, he's always able to move into either the left shoulder or the space left by the person changing lanes.

:banghead:

That's just a silly comparison, and you (should) know it (you gotta be trolling with that comment...right?).

As to "ratting" someone out - no offence, but any loyalty I feel towards the human race is usually reserved for my closest friends, not casual randoms I meet from the road or the internet. When those friends and family are put at potential risk by possibly sharing the same roads with retards like this, I could care less about the perceived "fraternity/sorority" of that imaginary "family" of motorcyclists...

So much this! Would rep you irl.

he puckered up a bit when the suv was changing into the left lane on the dvp southbound ramp from the 401, i guess that added fuel tot he fire...i took that route alot, but only if he knew you just take brimley down to eglington, you have hov lanes all the way to the dvp, and brimley is empty, it's beautiful...

as for his riding, i notice he uses the clutch when upshifting, wouldn't it be quicker to just drop the throttle for a split second and kick it up a gear, at least that is what i started doing this year and i found i could get up to speed way faster...as for spotting that suv, he was a little slow, and get a little squirrelly...and taking that bend that finally gets you on the dvp, too many times has a biker bit the guillotines there...otherwise it was quite enjoyable, albeit, he could save himself the trouble and take my earlier suggested route.
