Put my deposit down

Damn. I would have bought 5 or 6 bikes for that money.

When I first saw the price in this thread I thought "wow, that's a lot of coin to drop on a bike". Then I saw he divorced two years ago and my thought was "Good for him, I completely understand".

Congrats buddy, that's one hell of a bike. I'm jealous.

How many track days have you done now 1 or 2? Hijack time, sks for a first gun yes or no?
2.

Why wouldn't the SKS make a good first gun? My first gun was an HK SL8. It's like the S1000 of the gun world :)

My first bike was a CBR 929 :)

Hey don't question the new track day professonal! He probably has some tips for you regarding TMP though or for a gizmo to make your bike faster.

Nice bike OP, what are the goodies that this model comes with compared to the regular model?

Fair enough.

I should go this weekend and see if he can help me get into the 1:12s at TMP.

There are lots of goodies, the engine remains the same, I'd say the biggest upgrade from the regular model is the dynamic damping control and launch control. Not to mention alloy wheels and tons of carbon fibre

Congrats on your new bike. Thats quite a purchase.

Please tell me you live in a condo with underground parking? That bike would fit perfectly into my van!

Just kidding! Enjoy it and stay upright.

Semi active suspension, akro exhaust, better TC and ABS......not sure how often you will be using the Launch control?

That is one good bike! Buddy is looking to buy a regular model.

Was looking into this bike but at around 8000 more, I'm not so sure. Prob worth it, but hard to justify on the street.

It has nothing to do with justifying for the street. If it was there would be no reason to go beyond a Ninja 250
