They already setup the delay "PSA requires investigation within 6 months" so they will see if the heat goes away and if it does file it under no problem found. If the heat stays on (which is almost impossible over that length of time), the interesting question is do they blow the clock and it disappears or do they conclude that it was not a major violation and no action should be taken? The odds of any real action being taken are laughable.
