Post your first motorcycle!

Good choice. That was mine too. It was fine but I dont lust after it. Subsequent bikes were better at almost everything (except jumping, that bike was a great jumper). It was close to 20 years old when I bought it and I doubled the mileage on it in a year. Kept it for a few more and traded it for a beautiful k75 (that kept trying to kill me).
I had a cm450e similar but with drum brake and spoked wheels. Was fun did the job rode it all over Ontario.

That's cool.
Lots of crazy stories and great memories about that bike. Saved up from various part time jobs and bought it in 1961 when I was 15 years old. At that time in Ontario there was no motorcycle licensing and you could legally ride at 15 years old. Rode it summers and most of some winters around Toronto.

1974 Suzuki TS 185 2stroke I was 16 at the time and really wanted a Honda 350 four, but my mother wouldn't let me have one.Family members told her it had to much power lol.

Kawasaki 2004 ZZR250
Crap condition bike when I got it, 3 months of riding, 3 carb cleans, a couple falls and 1 oil starved engine on the highway later, sold to someone willing to do an engine swap...
As much as I hated it, it taught me so much! I never wanna own another one.

Can't find any pictures but I basically worked my ass off pumping gas to get one of these (although mine had a little more "patina")

The worst thing about that job is that they had a cassette player in the station but only one tape... Aqualung by Jethro Tull. Even today I have to change the station if any track from that album is played on the radio.

I then traded the Suzuki for one of these. I wish I still had it. It had no problem hitting an indicated 58 MPH on the speedo... LOL

Organizers of the Thistle Off Road Festival (which was cancelled) gave this away yesterday. The winner is selling it.
