Love the RC51 even till now one of the best looking bikes of all time.

Back before sportbikes started down the transformers theme (all angles, maybe I'm just getting old. ), here is the latest pic of my RC51 with some bolt-on mods that I appreciate. This is the first internet picture of this exhaust on the RC51 period... The ladybird slip-on oval exhaust on the RC51 with the shorter cans. Very rare. Enjoy!

This is how long normal exhaust cans are on the RC51. See how they extend to the end of the tail, or beyond.

My new Cruiser Sled

I like it alot!!

It does what I want it to do. I feel at one with it as strange as that sounds. My wife likes it and will be coming out regularly I just put a back rest and carrier on it for picnic days. The bike is stock Yamaha except for the oil pressure gauge I have down on the water pump, I will be unrestricting the air box as soon as the filter comes in and the only other thing I will do is aquire the stock signals this season,lower the pegs for my lovely wife and Its the keeper I have loved them since I fisrt saw them Gen 1 and Gen 2 its some serious engineering. And to be honest range and the fuel isnt even part of the equation. Im in no way a fanatic the only other bike that blew me away was the 1100 katana when it came out.

Nice bike!! I have an RC as well but mine is a 2002!!

I swapped the blue decals for pink and also getting the rims pink soon

This is something I picked up late last year for some sport touring, 2 up riding. (not bad solo either)
It's about as good as a 20 year old bike can be. Has 23,000 km, a few mods, and a whole lotta throttle.
Removed the tribal vinyl stickers, now looking to re-sticker it (not sure with what yet?) and away we go.

Nice! Funky muffler, planning on keeping it? The stock tires are pretty garbage too, careful in the wet!! Much better replacements are available.

I used to have some other bags that I did put LED lights in. These new HD bags do have LED lights in them I installed. Going to get some more pics tonight. There are lot of additions I did, 3 of the front lights have LED halos.
