Got about 30 gigs of video at 720p... need to get some editing program and do a highlights kind of edit. Also the way the camera was angled it shows my speedo... you think it would be a good idea to post that?

No way to prove that whats in the video is you so as long as you blur out the license plate or something (To protect other members) its fine. PM me if you need a copy of a "editing" program. I put editing in brackets because its more of a screen recording program but it also edits so it works fine for both purposes.

P.S What camera are you using to get 30GB worth in one shot? My HD Hero craps out at about 2.5 Hours which is roughly 20-24 GB on 1080P or 720P 60FPS or half of that with 720P and 30FPS.
 
I guess I'm a little too paranoid thinking if I'm the uploader I could be guilty by association even if they can't prove it's me..LOL

I am also using the HD Hero on the 720p 60fps setting, so I guess I have about 20-24gigs too... I said about 30 cause I have a 32 gig card in it and I recorded the full time till the battery gave up.

BTW thanks for the offer... I'll take you up on that if I can't get my hands on any in the next couple of days. What program are you using anyways?

I use a program called Camtasia Studio. I have an extra license you can have. Even converts your edited video into youtube standards.

I don't think you can make it back by 3:00 if going to the Fire Tower.

I might have to call into work (cough, cough)

250 km up to the tower.
Should take 3 to 3.5 hrs.
Meet at 8am for coffee and light breakfast.
On the road by 9am

Purpose of the trip....to take some spectacular pics & video if W8INLINE comes.

Just checked out the map and the route from Aurora looks nicer. Way better than the 401 most of the way. Seabreeze will you be going to Aurora first or meeting at the 507?
