If some of you have been watching some of my other threads you might know the Skydiving adventure is on Aug 27th. Noon.
http://www.gtamotorcycle.com/vbforum/showthread.php?132756-Sky-Diving-this-summer-are-you-in

I'm interested in organizing a ride from the GTA to Skydive Burnaby. There are 4 confirmed Skydivers as of today.

The ride would be all day with local riding at Wainfleet (Skydive Burnaby).
http://skydiveburnaby.com/about-the-dropzone/directions-from-toronto.html

I'm looking to have several meeting points along the way, such as Scarborough, Pearson, Oakville Ford Plant, Hamilton etc. Leaders and sweepers and others knowing the area from Mississauga to Wainfleet are welcomed to ride or pass on suggestions - routes, places to see and places to eat?

It would be awesome if a local rider(s) can take the group of non Skydivers on a tour of the area, while we jump from the plane?

We will need to find a place to eat after the jump, can anyone make any suggestions for local dining?

Looking forward to jumping out of a plane and having a great ride to boot.

With the threat of rain the "Playing Hookey Ride" was confined to Toronto.

Not a bad ride if I don't mind saying so myself.

I started off at Rosetta Mclain Gardens. It is just east of Birchmount off Kingston Rd. Situated on the edge of Lake Ontario.

I then proceeded to the Beaches.

The flowers at Kew Gardens were in full bloom.

I ended up in downtown Toronto for lunch...

Dundas Square
had on a special women's day, where I met several people from "CIBC Run for the Cure".

I think I'll rollerblade 5k in October - Any GTAMers want to participate?
