Orangeville and Africa

Not exactly:

"He revoked my visa, and told me I could still work for the company from Canada, but if I wanted to return to the US, I would need to reapply."

"I restarted the visa process and returned to the same immigration office at the San Diego border, since they had processed my visa before and I was familiar with it."

Then there's these tourists:
She tried to cross in BC and was denied. She flew to Mexico to try and work the system.
She was specifically told it was a bad idea.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

When she crossed in BC, her original visa was revoked and she was told she can reapply. That's what she was doing there. It's not like she was trying to sneak across. She was even told she did nothing wrong by one officer. She should have been just denied entry and turned around. No need to detain and feed her for weeks and then deport. Isn't that a waste f taxpayer/government money that DOGE is supposed to be reducing???

"If you are a Canadian citizen, then you are not required to apply for a TN visa at a U.S. consulate.

You may establish eligibility for TN classification at the time you seek admission to the United States
by presenting required documentation to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer at certain CBP-designated U.S. ports of entry or at a designated pre-clearance/pre-flight inspection station. You must provide the following documentation to the CBP officer:

  • Proof of Canadian citizenship;
  • Letter from your prospective employer detailing items such as the professional capacity in which you will work in the United States, the purpose of your employment, your length of stay, and your educational qualifications; and
  • Credentials evaluation (if applicable), together with any applicable fees."

Getting ICE'd for a speeding ticket? Having my bike tipped over while parked? I dunno?
And what if your bike was even easier to id than having to check the plate? I'm supposed to be heading to Ohio on this in 3 months. And under the windscreen is the flag in black as well.

I'm sure you'll be fine.

You aren't thinking of bailing on the Gap trip, are ya?

I think the Hill-Folk are going to be happy we're spending money in Hicksville nowhere.

If they believe trump is on their side they could also believe that Canucks are as nasty as he says. Gullability seams like a their strong suit.

Since I already committed, I'd feel bad about backing out if everyone else is still good to go. Plus - safety in numbers? 😅
