Sooooo.... If you go to the MC Show Saturday you can pick up a decent rain gear for less and then you are safe to ride on Sunday.

mm - not sure about the "hand grenade..." but the rest of the description sounds pretty good. I see what you say about street view: it stops just short of where I took the shot. The Google satellite view shows it pretty good - but then again I know what I'm looking for. Nope. There is only one Canadian resort on the "Top Five East Coast Parks" list. It ceratinly isn't Blue. Your ride from the city should only be minutes more than your first guess...Hmm... your clue has me feeling... Blue...
