Ontario Tag-o-rama

but this Saturday is the motorcycle show... and Sunday calls for rain...

Sooooo.... If you go to the MC Show Saturday you can pick up a decent rain gear for less and then you are safe to ride on Sunday. :)

I finally have a day off to get the bikes out of storage tomorrow. I doubt I will get to the tag before it is moved though... Hang in there A.K.

Heated gloves, Long Johns (2 of them), maybe a heated vest and you don't have to put your bike away for the winter.

OK - we are on the move again. The old tag: OPP Head Office @ 777 Memorial Avenue, Orillia, ON L3V 6H1

Well.... Right now I am clueless.

Nice bike! 2010?

Thanks. 2009 in Orange - these evening photos don't do the colour justice. What a great sunset tonight.

Clueless? If you are stuck - take a closer look at the off-topic photo I posted earlier... I hope I don't get in trouble for that one. If you are still stuck, I can give you a bigger hint...

I think I know where this is.. couldn't Street View it though (but Google Images brought up similar pictures).

Iav8: is your winter wonderland almost due North of Barrie and West of Orillia? (Across the road from Hand Grenade Resort? :) )

If so... may go grab it tomorrow...

mm - not sure about the "hand grenade..." but the rest of the description sounds pretty good. I see what you say about street view: it stops just short of where I took the shot. The Google satellite view shows it pretty good - but then again I know what I'm looking for. Let me know if you have any troubles with it.

Hmm... your clue has me feeling... Blue... but if so that's at least a 4-hour round-trip ride for me. I'm too lazy for such a romp if I don't really know where to park the bike to take the pic :) Who else is gonna get it! :D

Nope. There is only one Canadian resort on the "Top Five East Coast Parks" list. It ceratinly isn't Blue. Your ride from the city should only be minutes more than your first guess...

OK - you have it... BTW - they also have the #2 Half-Pipe in the east and, if I am not mistaken, the highest lift capacity in Ontario (but I don't think you can find that using google). It is the best kept secret by those who love to snowboard.

I'll make it easier next time I grab the tag. That may be soon depending on where you put it, but then I'm not a big fan of GTA tags.
