Ontario Tag-o-rama

the gta one moves faster, but with me being in Peterborough, there's never a chance of a tag being anywhere near me
Yes, sometimes it moves *very* fast. Not this weekend though. I was hoping for another GTA tag today, but it hasn't moved since I placed it yesterday at 5 AM. I was going to use a shot like this (taken at about 5:25):

but I couldn't find a landmark that didn't spoil the pre-sunrise colours. This is just inside the GTA border.
BTW - the sunrise on the ride home was spectacular. Following the GTA tag has given me some iteresting places to ride and some views like this one.

Here is the new one. I didn't have the time I hoped for, so this is closer than I intended to put it. Anyways, happy tagging!

 Nice tag! I've got to plan a trip... to Algonquin Park.
...and Amazon thought that GTA tags were too far. ;-)

So...

Which one of you will get it first?

Amazon: Peterborough to tag: 183 km, 2 hours 53 min
iav8: Barrie to tag: 166 km, 2 hours 11 min

Ready.... Set..... Go!

Geez - what'd you do to p!ss off this guy?

Nice grab BTW - I knew you would get to it.

He didn't want to mess with me. We are not in the same weight class.

Thanks! This grab was way overdue. Clicked 711 kms today with my son on the back. I love these days!

Sounds like a great day. How was your butt after that one? :pottytrain1:

All going well, I might be able to for the the tag one day this weekend - I'm keeping my fingers crossed. :)

Since I replaced the stock seat that rides like a 2x8 with a Sargent it is fairly comfortable for longer rides. Having my son on the back leaves be with less wiggle room, but it was still comfortable. We stopped for a short break after every 90-120 minutes, that helped too.

Old: Algonquin Park, West Gate Visitor Centre, Main photo-op attraction... had to wait 10 minutes to not have people in front of the sign.

I had a spot all picked out for my trip home & I blew right thru that town without realizing it! Oh well, here is the new spot to keep the game moving:

So after about an hour of trying to figure out where this was I gave up. Then on my ride up north Me and Amazon rode right by it purely by chance. Luckily I was looking over at the time. :D

Wow! This was fast!

Old: Lion's Camp Dorset, Pureset Rd & Rd. 8, jsut outside the toen of Dorset.
