So they were considering curfew, construction and travel restrictions and so far have whacked two of those? Awesome. Glad they are earning the big bucks to talk and do nothing.
I can't see them implementing any meaningful form of travel restrictions. Sure, they may implement something to say they did but as with every past measure they will leave it unenforced and with a million holes in it so the net effect is almost nothing (other than theatre).

we had an increase in cases during the last 2 weeks of march, and although the peaks do usually have a 3-week lag, usually the numbers start climbing slowly somewhat proportionally to the cases. But i'm not observing that this time around. When comparing to other waves, i'm just seeing a low "death ratio per cases" even if we take into account the 3-week delay.
Now with the added load to the icu and hospitals, there will be other "derived" deaths sadly.
