Curfew probably doesn't change anything in my life. It will be annoying if it is 20:00 or earlier as often I have the monsters out for a walk or ride but I doubt it will be that early.
Of course schools are closing. Lecce is pretty much the anti-announcement. He made an announcement that they were definitely going to be open which means they are probably going to close.

"Can I walk my dog after 8 p.m.?

My monsters are the two-legged variety. I know in other localities that had pet exemptions, people were sharing pets to allow excercise. 1km radius works for me.
I'm not sure about that. I know a lot of people going in to the office because their boss says so that could easily work from home but there is literally zero pressure from the province. The boss makes the rules and employees must play along.
