Royal used to stock them locally as well -- might be worth seeing if you can get one from there. Strange though there is no replacement, as now they don't have any tail or saddlebags available.

Just got an email saying that Motovan is now the exclusive distributor of Ogio in Canada. That explains the sale, they were clearing their inventory 
Site is down for maintenance! I guess too many people were buying stuffs!!
Or the sale is over and they're changing everything back? Although that usually doesn't require taking a site down.
Anyways, my bag arrived today. Pretty fast.
Mine still is showing as sent on 28th, but no update on the shipping since

GP still had no drags (not sure which model though -- I just recognized the hardshell shape) when I was there during the boxing week sale.
I bought a set of OGIO Saddle bags from Royal a few years ago. They sat for a year and then I took a trip to Deals Gap and they ripped at the seams.
Appears to be a common problem.
Ogio has a limited lifetime warranty, so they should be able to repair or do something for you (I'd say replace -- but then they are clearing stock):

This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship only. If the product ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, then Ogio will replace with like product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time
All warranty issues should be sent to warranty@ogio.com
*Apparel (T-shirts, hats, etc.) is exempt from the aforementioned warranty.
**Expected "lifetime" of Ogio products depends on customer usage.

I received my tank bag on Jan 2nd. Great quality and perfect size, should be perfect for holding misc nick-nacks

I checked the site last week just to see what the pricing was like for the motorcycle intended bags and it looks like they discontinued them (ie. they no longer exist on ogio.ca).
Maybe they're ignoring your e-mails??
I would wait at least 72 hours before contacting them again, after the third time, I would probably try calling and if that doesn't work, probably rage.
