I checked the site last week just to see what the pricing was like for the motorcycle intended bags and it looks like they discontinued them (ie. they no longer exist on ogio.ca).
Maybe they're ignoring your e-mails??
I would wait at least 72 hours before contacting them again, after the third time, I would probably try calling and if that doesn't work, probably rage.
They got back to me today, it was because of the new management.
I can exchange it at dukes of cycles in etobicoke. Planning to upgrade to the Mach 3 for $30.
