Got mine and used part of it to go to an OHL game against a US team. Didn’t need to boo, the choir singing the US anthem did an excellent job murdering it and I’m reasonably sure they did it on purpose as the Canadian one went just fine!

Like 25% tariffs for your closest trading partner?Seems kinda childish
Did it happen yet?Like 25% tariffs for your closest trading partner?
His chatter is childish enough.Did it happen yet?
He signed the order. They start June 1. Signing the order was the childish part. Retracting it over and over causes him to lose credibility every time. At some point he will need to let some stick or people will completely ignore him as a blustery fool. Adults would have had the negotiation in private without the tantrum and signed orders.Did it happen yet?
I can always take the public pulse by visiting a weekend flea market in Florida. Reading the hats, tees, hoodies, and flags tells you what people are thinking and accepting.Best of luck in most parts of Florida . The permanent residents like kookoo behaviour

I think if you read into the details, his order is 'Reciprocal Tarrifs', meaning if a country has tariffs on incoming American goods, there will be reciprocals for their goods entering America. He signed the order. The steel/aluminum and reciprocal tariffs are two different orders. He signed the steel/aluminum order on Feb 11. He signed the reciprocal tariff order today.I think if you read into the details, his order is 'Reciprocal Tarrifs', meaning if a country has tariffs on incoming American goods, there will be reciprocals for their goods entering America.
There are also a lot of non-tariff protections that factor into the equation for Canada & Europe. Most countries try to protect trade with regulation (i.e. Supply management systems, Euro emissions specs, different agricultural standards) until those get met, they use tariffs as a last resort.
- The EU has a 31% on all motorcycles manufactured in the USA. Compare that to the USA's 2.4% tariff on Euro cycles over 250cc, and 4.4% on smaller bikes.
- The EU has a 10% tariff on passenger cars and 22% on light trucks imported from the USA. The USA charges 2.4% on cars and 25% on light trucks and SUVs. Don't think Trump hasn't figured out that Audi, MB and BMW build the SUVs and trucks they sell in into the USA in the USA or MX-- otherwise, they can't be competitive.
It's your grandkids money.Kids’ cheques came in also.
Thanks Doug for the bribe with my own money!
