Haven't gotten mine yet. Which reminds me...just checked my account and only got 2 cheques in 2024 for my JT carbon tax rebate...

How can I check status of those checks?

Cheques or direct deposits? Probably somewhere in CRA website for Carbon Tax "rebates".

For husband a wife, the payment goes to the partner who submits their income tax filing first each year.

If your wife’s 2022 taxes were filed before yours, she might have got the Apr 3024 payment.

My wife and I both got it from Doug.

Only I get the Carbon Tax credit, although I seem to be only getting 2 cheques per year so need to follow up with CRA where the F the rest of my cheques are.

Should be able to see in cra account if there are issued cheques that haven't been cashed. You'd have to login to each person individually.

Checked the online portal only to find that the cheque was issued to me but mailed to the wrong address - 1 house beside me.
The guys living there don't know me by name and barely get by with English - guess its long gone in the trash lol.

You can get it reissued. It will take five weeks or so.
