Holy carbon fiber, Batman!!!

Boy, you bike must be like, super light, right? :D

CF is appropriate material for improving your weaving ability.

Looks really nice I must say...
Now for the big question - how much did it cost? I'd love to get something like that done, but the cost may be prohibitive....

You got full carbon fiber bodywork... but it appears you still have the stock catalytic converter on there. Good money spent/ pound saved there batman.

LoL ...
Just out of curiosity, does it have that much of an affect on the weight of the bike? Plastics are light enough as it is, unless its pure esthetic's.

I replaced the Hood and trunk lid on my 98 Prelude SH and I felt a huge difference in weight between the stock hood and the CF one. Not so much when I was driving the car...

Anyways, I think it looks great, how much did that cost you?

A little over the top imo... too much cf. You should paint parts of it.

Yes they are a fair bit lighter. Plastics are actually heavier than you think. Throw all your bodywork on a scale some time and you'll see what I am talking about.

With bikes, weight savings and power adders are funny. We're splitting hairs almost (FI not included) and for what most riders here will do, it makes almost no difference aside from the bragging rights in the lots and on the internet. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but if someone's saying it'll take 1/10 of a second off their time going to tims as opposed to the dude with the trackbike (or dudette, sorry all), and shaving laptimes...why even bother?

Sounds like you've weighed some fairings, so tell us the numbers..

So is it a real CF bodywork or did you get the bike "wrapped"? The reason I am asking is the "carbon fiber" finish on the tank.
