After the first 1000 km all bets are offride it and see what it's got
...isn't that what warranty is for. If something is to happen let it happen while it's still covered under warranty....
Warranty is good but I have never heard of anyone getting a loaner bike while their bike is being fixed under warranty. So if its a small problem maybe a few days to a week your out of a bike, but I have also seen horror stories where parts are backorderd and it takes a month+ to fix the engine. So I would want to avoid engine problems at all costs...
For example I have a problem with my 2012 Tundra, its covered under warranty but the part is back ordered, its been 2 weeks since they ordered it and its still not in. Luckily the truck is derivable I just don't have traction control right now, and worst case if it wasnt Toyota would give me a rental.. Again I have never heard of a motorcycle dealer offering that, and with our short summers I would hate to be sitting out a month or more with no bike...

One of the guys in our riding group had major issues with his 2012 GSXR 1000. After 2-3 weeks of shop time last year and no hope for a solution Suzuki gave him a demo bike to ride until they could figure it out. I believe they ended up replacing the entire motor but this was an extreme case and many strings were pulled between the dealer and Suzuki Canada.

I've read somewhere I forgot where....that a dealer gave them a demo/loaner bike in the mean time, just can't recall if it's here in the GTA or somewhere else.

A Competition Werkes GP style slip on in Black .. Haven't heard it on the new 636 yet since they haven't finished designing it yet. I'm sure other companies will design new stuff as well thats why i'm keeping my options open right now,
On a better note, I received my fender eliminator yesterday

A Competition Werkes GP style slip on in Black .. Haven't heard it on the new 636 yet since they haven't finished designing it yet. I'm sure other companies will design new stuff as well thats why i'm keeping my options open right now,

If your talking about this style they made for the 09-12, but in black
It will be the same only black because 09-13 exhausts are the same...And I can tell you it will be loud as ****! As my friend had one on his 09 and its was crazy loud, and being a slightly bigger engine at 636 it will only be louder...
If you go that route you will most likely want to look into their insert to quiet it down a bit

I've contacted Comp werkes about the exhaust, and they said that they're designing something different for the new 636 ... Not sure whats going to be different but meh its worth the wait to see lol...after all the bike still has 0km on it, im planning on doing an exhaust after the break in is over.
I've narrowed my options to this, comp werkes or the M4 GP style, which i have grown to like more and more over the last little while !
I loved the white and black when i first saw it ! it's not a Gloss paint though, the entire bike is Matte, Matte white and Matte Black . Which makes it even better, and the white has a touch of pearl in it !
I don't mind the green color, its nice !, just won't ride a green bike. lol
The sales people I have spoken too said most popular choice so far is all black, then white, then green. They all look great IMO, I dont think you can go wrong with any of them...
They look great, and would look even better in black, just a heads up they are CRAZY LOUD! without the insert
Yeah i know lol !! I saw a video of a guy on youtub that has one his 2012 zx6r without the insert and it seems very loud lol ! .
Any of the exhaust i choose to go with will be black for sure ... only downfall with the graves is that it only comes on color. But we'll see if my mind changes down the road
