Just got a new battery, put in 94 octane after using 87 and 91 for the last year. Bike turns on but doesnt turn over when I push start.

What do I do?

Suzuki says to dump the fuel, put in lower octane fuel and injector cleaner. Thoughts?

Does not turn over at all? Not even a try to turn or clicking, any lights on? Check battery, might not have enough juice.

New batteries should be put on charge/tender for 12 to 24 hours before install. Try charging the battery

If it doesn't turn over what the heck would fuel have to do with it?

Check your battery.

For future reference, the GSX-R 600's only require 87 octane, any higher and you're wasting your money.

Really? The manual on my 750 says 90 or more. Isn't it the same engine?

87 for the 600's only. 750 is 90+, which usually means 91.

Are you 100% sure about this? I went from using 91 all the time to 87 for 2 fill ups and I felt a noticeable loss in power. Not night and day, but it was there. I also put 35k on this bike in 3 years, so I speak from comfort with the bike and it's powerband.

I just bought a new battery from S.O.N. they said I can just pop it in and go. I can charge it tonight and see tomorrow. If I hold the starter button, it will start and only stay on if i rev between 2-3k rpm. If I let go of the throttle, it shuts off. Lights work, doesnt sound like my other battery that was making the bike sound like its dying.

Side note, when my battery was dead, I made the mistake of boosting it with a car. Ya I know, noob. Could this have affected my bike in terms of it not starting?
