My bike got crushed.

What a strange evening. I went down to the parking lot and what do I find...the tail end of an SUV fiasco.
It seems this girl was fighting with her boyfriend on the phone. I thought I heard some yelling as I was walking from the elevators. She just tossed her X3 in reverse and whamo crushed my bike against the wall and in the process smashing the hell out of her car. It could have been worse, at least no one was walking behind her at the time.
She started bawling and freaking out.

Oh well, one more thing to deal with.
On the up side, it looks like I will be getting a new bike.

I don't want to ruin anybody's day.. but from what I understand, because this happened in a parking lot and not on the street her insurance isn't required to foot the entire bill for your new bike.. I've heard of insurance companies refusing all together, or sometimes of it being a 50/50 split between hers and yours..

I hope I'm wrong.. good luck.

You could try to get some *** for free (as she is prolly very unstable) and be like "gimme 6000 + punani"

Sorry for your bike though

That is NOT TRUE.

If one of the vehicles is parked (and unoccupied) and the other is moving, then it is pretty hard for it to not be 100% the fault of the driver of the vehicle that was moving. Parking lot incidents ARE NOT automatically split fault.

And yes, I've been there. My car was hit in a parking lot while legally parked and unoccupied. Didn't cost me a thing to get it fixed and it's not registered as an at-fault claim.

In how many threads are you going to spout this BS? GTAM never ceases to amaze me

Excuse me?

I've heard of it happening.. I passed it on so that the OP be aware. And I made it clear that it was just something I had heard, had no personal experience with and am not an expert in..

Also I don't believe I have ever posted the same thing in any other thread..

So while I don't know who ****** in your corn flakes this morning.. How about you shove your comments about me spouting BS up your ***?

I thought maybe OP let one of those bigger girls at PD13 sit on his bike when I read the title

Sounds like a perfect time to give someone advice

Did I give him advice? Did I say hey this is what I know and this is what you should do about it?

Or did I simply say this is something I heard, I hope I heard wrong.. maybe you should look into it..?? pretty big difference...

Brian P posted up that I had heard wrong, and he's had personal experience with it.. great.

Your comment about how I spout BS in multiple threads with nothing to back it up is the only BS here.

I hope she give good head

Excuse me?

actually I do believe I remember you satin the same thing in another thread and then being corrected.

Of course I could be wrong, but I heard it from someone so I thought I would pass it along.

Ladies please get back on topic.... We get it, you both disagree and are rather adamant about your side of the issue. Let buddy go to his insurance and he can let us know how it went down. Please back on topic.

Sorry to hear about your bike dude.
