Mosport (rdt) Gpbikes

First i want to thank everyone for making the day a good success and as safe as ive seen in awhile we only had 2 or 3 downed bikes all day
as for the added group... the most important thing is safety and i apologize to any person that feels they did not get the track time they deserve or
payed for but i can also assure them that it takes longer to clean up bent bikes and hurt riders thus meaning ambulances are tied up and that closes the track until everything is done
most people did not see that as being a hold up but thanks for your concern for the rider that went down and held you up in the future please know that track days some times have minor hold ups weather ambulances showing up late and people getting hurt. So that is my "rant"
in the future we are considering a supermoto session making it a total of 4 sessions of 12 mins and charging 135.00 for the day instead of 150.00
i am looking for votes on this being a good idea or not.
again thanks for everyone that helped make this day a great one.

Would you also consider changing your policy on antifreeze being allowed? A person could circulate for some time laying down coolant before they realize they have a problem. I've personally seen this. Thankfully for the rider (and those following), he was using water and water-wetter only.

but mybe this was you 1st track day and you dont know how it supse to be run. go to cayuga, GWB runs track days there. they do real safety inspection, they are on time, organised, and they dont make a 4th group for the ppl who dont want to falow the rules.
GP Bikes is a good store , but track day organisers no way.
rant over.

cant wait for june 9th calabogieeeeee

Now that's funny. 0

As for a 4th group to accomodate sumos? I'd be happy about that just so I could stand and watch them. They are grade A oven ready nutters and I'd rather be the other side of the fence from them.

yes i believe that all bikes should swap out coolant for water wetter so it will be effective next track day i will bring some extra water wetter and distilled water and some drain pans for those who forgot or do not have there rads flushed it takes about 15 mins to do and is just as easy as an oil change so please swap it out to avoid delays.
thanks

I definitely plan to go to another one of these days! Here is video of one novice session I rode. This was my first time on a track and first time riding this bike, so be nice lol. I've got a day at the Fast school booked already which should really help my riding on the track.

While I can see the sumoto guys liking this.. I doubt the sport bike riders want their time reduced on the track or that feel of extended wait time. 3 groups is the way to go. If you want to make one sumoto and the other two int & adv or int & nov that's an option

I can see that getting complicated. It normally takes several tries to get all the coolant out.
Not to mention purging the system to get the air bubbles out.
