At 20 Kmh, then 25-50 Kmh, OR with a dynamic testing rig.

Good luck finding a shop willing to use a dyno to test brakes on a safety. It's not a required piece of equipment and therefore the vehicle needs to reach that speed under it's own power.

I've never had my bikes ridden for a safety or even the engine started. I guess all the shops I went to were doing it wrong and all my certifications are invalid.
