This is a north end GTA org.

I am thinking of doing a ~200km one way ride this Sunday (yes round trip is about 400km). The idea is to start early at 9 am Sunday morning from 400 & HWY7 area. Go north on 400 then hwy11 about 150km + about 50km backroad then turn back.
I know it's a long trip for the start of the season but hey the spring arrives late and we have some catchup to do. Plus it will be almost 20C Sunday .
The ride is NOT beginner friendly as there will be highway ride and some twisty at the end. Depending on the interests, I will decide whether the group ride is a go or not Saturday.

1. We leave at 10 am instead of 9 just to let the temperature to rise a bit higher
2. Get together place is the McDonald's at Edgeley blvd & HWY7 in Vaughan 9:30 am, and take off at 10 am.
3. Due to the uncertainty of the road condition up north, we will go as far as the condition allows and not risk it

How lay back is the trip?

Maybe 5-10 > speed limit. So pretty layback. Not a spirited ride esp. If the road condition is not ideal. Will even consider turning back earlier if the road is really bad.
