Enjoy your manslaughter charge moron.

Hope it sticks.

So does anyone here know him?

but wait... i thought it was the cop's fault?

I'm glad they caught him. I wonder if the media will stick with the coverage so we can find out what happens next.

They just arrested him, he'll have his day in court in a year or so.
And what article are you reading that has all the evidence clearly pointing to him? Cause the one i read only stated that they arrested him

If the manslaughter charge specifies street racing as an aggravating factor, that rider faces a potential sentence of life if convicted under recent amendments to the Criminal Code. It will look good on him.

I'm quoting this because this is the first post from you that has made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. :)

He better hope he gets life in prison.

Four limbs, four rides, four directions. Ah, the good ol' days.

ill wait to see the evidence and hear the FULL story before i pass judgement

i just hope for justice to be served, either for or agants him

Well to be honest if he had a decent story he would of went straight to the cops if it was indeed their fault. Considering he didn't, and they tracked him down, chances are he's to blame.

Here is the thing that bugs me about media releases. You have this guy's name printed everywhere. Let's say for a sec... they got the wrong dude. He will have his name dirtied forever. Why can't they hold off on saying names until the trial is over?

I was thinking the same thing. It's 11:30pm how can they identify him as the one that rode the bike? The police must have some strong evidence to put his name out there.

Again to be fair, we dont know if he did this or didnt. The OPP officer that I talked to said he did turn himself in after he lawyered up.
