A friend of mine rides a CBR 125 and he said he has to shift mid turn or else he'll be pretty high up in the rev meter.

I was clearly talking about a Ninja 250. On a CBR125 you shift mid turn... i never said it wasn't possible...
I know, I was just implying I dunno what to do on my 125 for the test if I can't shift in the mid of intersection.
Why can't you quickly shift into second gear before you turn? Thats what i do on my Ninja. If you are already in the middle of the intersection and stopped, you can just keep it in first and shift into second when it straightens out. Or have you tried starting from second? It works on mine.
Kinda off topic... But... I heard you're not allowed to shift in the middle of an intersection. Is this true?
