The video doesn't show him removing the head, but you can see it slit really deep. You see the removed head at the end.
Bunch of stuff that's already been described. It's not super bloody since he's already dead, I didn't see what killed him.
You do see him tied up and blindfolded in the beginning, but either he's drugged up, or being tied up sounded like a good idea at the time, because he's moving around but not obviously struggling.

Did anyone listen to the Dean Blundel show this morning? They had a woman call in who said she did time in prison with Karla Holmolka. She told how she actually punched and kicked karla when they were moving her in the prison and how there were several inmates who worked in the kitchen and they would put poop, glass, silica packets and cleansers in her food. There are rumours that Karla was married to this Luka creep and they have a son together named Damien which they discussed on air today. Wonder how much is true? She should have been put to death a long time ago.

A few years back the courts decided that the Bernardo tapes had no foreseeable use and were destroyed to avoid leaking. Once something is uploaded to the Internet, control is lost forever.

From what I read, Serial killers are not well liked in jail. Remember Jeffrey Dahmer? An inmate punched him to death with a dumbell. He had it coming
That's the US, serial killers can be held with general population. Doesn't happen in Canada. Clifford Olson, Paul Bernardo, Russell Williams and Michael Rafferty have and will serve their sentences in solitary. Because even serial killers, child murderers and rapists have the right not to be punished by jailhouse justice.
