Battery powered tools. Under XX volts they don't need CSA or at least not to the same extent. They only have to CSA the charger. The tools are cleared.
I'm not talking about small consumer crap. Tell me about industrial machines they need such stupid safety regulations now that it costs way more to add the safeties than it would just to put a robot in and put a cage around the machine. Then the safeties make the machine so unfriendly to the operator that they defeat them and get hurt.

We operate a sawmill ( actually 3 ) , want to see safety regulations that are over the moon? One guy sticks his fingers in a saw with lockouts that need to be triggered with both hands behind a cage and I fill out forms for 3 days .

We can create artificial intelligence, but we can’t fix basic stupid .

Made those Pakistani foundry videos on YooTube look safe.

Grrrr. Parrish resigned as councilor to run for mayor and got $63k in severance. All politicians belong in jail. What other contract job pays severance when you quit before fulfilling the contract? She should be sued for breach of contract not collect severance.

Did the contract include a golden parachute?

If you leave for any reason, even quitting, you get the money.

It THEORETICALLY stops a constructive dismissal.
