Kitchener/Waterloo area, c u next trackday riders thread!

you can try on my A-star if you want, just to get an idea of sizing

Got in touch with Racer5 and GB.
There are currently 7 people signed up for their track school for Friday.

Guess I'll probably end up signing up for yellow.

I doubt it will be busy anyway, with so many other track days happening this week/weekend. Last year the Friday before DOCC was almost an open track, so few people there. Do you know what layout they plan to run?

Long Track for Friday according to Deb from GB.

I prefer the modified track, what can ya do

Hey Nick...
Left you a voicemail a few minutes ago.
Please get back to me about Friday asap so we can make travel arrangements.
If not, I'll swing something with Randy.

I think its modified that uses the full back straight (or its technical, not sure), the kinks are fun, can't really use the HP on long track. short(ish) front straight, short back straight, short middle pieces.

From an SV point of view, if you're on the gas for more than 2 seconds it's a straight. LOL

the brembo and quicker steering/stiffened suspension from way back at SMP should help, still unreal how quick you get around on the track on that SV. Should be a fun day :)

Hopefully I can solve my rear tire destruction, or I may not be that fast.

burning an SC2 every 1-2 days gets pricey. This will be track day #6 on the pirelli's, but they are looking end of life now, started slipping around a bit last day at TMP

You're fast with wrecked tires or not... time to see you on a faster bike!! Or at least one where 4th gear doesn't slip on you...

Maybe you should take Suzi out for a lap or 2 and see what you think... would be good to get your feedback on her....

My front tire is still working great after 4 track days. I should be able to get the rear sorted out on Friday. I don't need a faster bike yet since I'm still not as fast as I could be on the SV. 4th gear hasn't been popping out since I put in the 2005+ shift star, so that's awesome :) Hopefully it stays that way.

I don't know if I want to put myself on a trebuchet. hahaha...
