Kitchener/Waterloo area, c u next trackday riders thread!

lol... slow clap for Jer

I'm not buying ahead anyway. Doesn't make a difference within 7 days of the track day with Pro6 so I'm waiting until Sunday night to make the call. I will not be attending any SOAR events.

looking at long track on the 27th

Cool, that's a good option too. We had already planned ahead for Mosport, so hopefully that works out.

SMP Long track on 27th for sure.
TMP on 16th maybe - trying to arrange a quick trip to Germany for a funeral, but egads airline tickets for a short trip are ridiculous.

Decided to go to the SOAR day on saturday, both forecasts could go either way. If anyone else is going, let me know

should probably bring a spare MC as well, I hear they can be flaky

Well first time posting in this thread - Im looking at heading to TMP on the 16th as well. As this will be my first day on this bike (besides testing up and down the street in front of house), hoping it goes smoothly

lol... so true. $10 says someone misses 1st corner of the 1st lap

I will take that bet. Red group out first, doubtful they'd have anyone dumbass enough to blow turn 1 that badly out of the gate.
But... if you would have said turn 1, first session of all groups, no way would I touch that bet. Somebody in yellow or green will blow it.

16th looking super doubtful for me now. Can't say doing a track day the day before a flight for a funeral would be the wisest thing to do.... and yet, somehow, I'm still thinking about it... :tard:

Gixxerfan - your first season of track riding or just on the new bike?

that's why I didn't say first session out...

do it... you know you want to. A track day will make you feel better :)

First 'official' trackday although I have over 3 decades of riding and was crew for alot of track events

Sent from my Galaxy phone

nice.

Aren't you going to try Red that day? I'll take the bet. LOL :p

Well with my dubious skill ya never know.... :tard:

GixxerFan: I am sure you will enjoy the day. Being crew and riding track is a different game, but at least you know what it's all about. Be sure to ask somebody (Guys with Bikes probably will be running the day - they have a couple instructors) about the proper lines.
