Believe they consider it an "Intro to the Track" fee - first time out at any certain track they want you to follow one of their experienced instructors around the track for the first session so you get a chance to learn the lines.

Was a complete waste of time for me at Shannonville - I was third in line - the guy ahead of me was so slow we ended up about 200m behind the instructor and I had no idea where his lines were due to it. Not supposed to pass on the instruction session either.

I'm sure that they won't ding you with it Randy, as you've ridden many track days with them already in the red group.
 
they will show you the lines, i personally think it is a money grab IMO.

Every Racer5 day i did, they always had controlled rides if you needed them included in the $100 price. I'm pretty sure Frawaz(sp?) posted on the board saying that people don't take advantage of the offer.

Hell, even at the last TMP event during the morning meeting he said, if you don't know what you are doing, you can go out with one of the guys to show you the line.

Oh well, i'll make sure i will get my $30 worth ;)
 
alright, in for the friday, July 5 at mosport, there was only green left for the monday
 
I'll be there on the 8th with the two bikes. If I can manage it, I will be there for the two day event before that as well but that's up in the air...

Appears to be just a slip on from what I can see. So far other then a small oil leak on the right side clutch case. It looks good so far. Haven't taken calipers apart yet.

It's an 2005 CBR600RR with Olhins internals and rear shock. Probably both need a good service.

Got all the body off today. Going to get the cracks fixed and paint them. Then replace that gasket, change the rest of the fluids etc.

All in all good so far. Fingers crossed lol
