Walked outside yesterday, ready to take my Red/Black 2003 Honda CBR600RR bike out for a spin and find that she was no longer where I left her. Just sending out a warning for all you fellow riders to watch your bikes this season. I bought it when it first came out and she was good to me all these years. Many good times were had!

Out of curiousity, what area do you live in? That's some ****ed up ****. Were you at home when it happened?
 
Sorry to hear bout your loss still but there are brighter things on the horizon for you. Keep your head up and know that it's not a big deal as long as you were properly insured. Think of it as a blessing in disguise :eek:ccasion4:

I guess someone wanted it the whole time and waited for the perfect moment. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe it IS time for you to get something newer ! How 'bout a Kawi :D ?

Did you leave the keys in the ignition? Which area do you live in? How long did you leave it outside for?What time of day did this occur? What kind of housing development do you live in? Detached without a garage, townhome complex, etc?

Sorry for sounding ignorant people I was at work at 5:23am. lol.

Maybe I'm making too many assumptions. My impression after reading the post was you went inside for a bit during daylight came back and you're bike was gone. After re-reading the post it seems as though this happened overnight and you probably don't have a garage and just left it in the driveway/street parking or w.e.

Hope you get it back soon or insurance takes care of it asap.

FYI, I've read stories here, in which bikes were stolen in a 30min window. Especially if it's on a lot, where they can pull up a van next to it, bikes disappear in seconds.

I've had mine stolen from the street in broad day light. really sucks man.
