Latest data on GTA prices...average price of a townhouse is now over a mil. I will be living out my golden years in a garden shed.
I need to tell my folks to really consider selling their investment townhouse at Dundas / Hurontario...probably worth 750-850 nowadays. They bought for 535k 2.5 years ago.

Why sell? What would they do with the cash? Are they comfortable with traditional investments that fluctuate daily?

They don't really need the money, but you're correct...maybe selling isn't the best thing. That whole area is growing like hell, and there's about 3 towers being built at this point in time, maybe more.

IMO you only sell something if it enables you to buy something else that makes you even happier.

If it ain't broke don't fix it. Content people really annoy people trying to sell stuff.

Vladimir Putin, to get some good PR, goes to visit a school in Moscow to have a chat with the kids.
He talks to them about how Russia is a powerful nation and how he wants the best for the people.
At the end of the talk, there is a section for questions. Little Sasha puts her hand up and says,
"I have two questions. Why did the Russians take Crimea and why are we sending troops to Ukraine?”
Putin says, "Good questions". But just as he is about to answer the bell rings and the kids go to lunch.
When they come back, they sit down and there is time for some more questions.
Another girl, Misha, puts her hand up and says "I have four questions. Why did the Russians invade Crimea,
why are we sending troops to Ukraine, why did the lunch bell ring 20 minutes early, and where the **** is Sasha?
