That was a great day. The event ran well, there was lots of good riding, put a few more faces and names together, barbecue lunch was good!
There were only a couple of crashes all day ... one of them being mxs on the FZR250. It will be back, with better crash-proofing!

One of the crashes was me... didn't hold anything up because of it tho, small lowside just before the hairpin... picked the bike up and rode off.
Posted below is a link to the mid corner crash... it was rider error but I'm still a little unsure as to why it happened... I was 7 laps into the session so the tires were hot (run warmers as well), running the right PSI in the tires - 26 rear - 31.5 front, took the same line as always and I didn't chop the throttle to unsettle the bike. Couple of * possibilities as to why* - I may have left the tires on for one too many track days (lots of meat left on the tire but maybe too many heat cycles).... was getting a lot of sliding in the rear, the front seemed fine until the crash.... Or because I run stock forks and was pushing just that little bit too much.
All in all a really good day put on by Paul and the crew... thanks for all your hard work in organizing the day!

Sorry to see you lowsided. I remember you lowsided the same turn last year ?!Almost look like you hit a turtle, look like different entry point than your usual line? Hit turtle and lost rear grip? Or your buddy(me) lowsided the same turn last time and tried to make him feel good? Even Super R1Guy lowside.... Thanks, I feel all better now. Looking forward to the vid with music....
