A lot of terminology in this post is wrong and speculation added to the failure of some armchair quarterbacks to comprehend makes it worse.

sykobish, Open Gambit may be hard nosed but as you go through the settlement nightmare you will benefit from picking up some of that attitude for yourself as everyone you will be fighting will have it in spades. Insurance companies give away nothing.

To be honest I am not sure what the issue really is with respect to what I said.

My comments on this thread have really just talked about the legallity of arrest authority and running red lights. I am not applying that to anyone's particular situation to arrive at an opinion. I am neither retained, nor have I indicated in anyway that I would be involved in this particular case.

Yes I am short, but given the volume of posts on this board, to do otherwise would be a full time job.
