You take pictures of someone against their will, that's pure assaulting. But you don't seem to understand the concept that doing something to someone AGAINST their will is a WRONG and illegal thing to do. You are not only risking losing your camera but also your teeth with that kind of complete disregard towards others personal space and privacy.
I am not angry about anything, I just have ZERO respect and or tolerance when it comes to bullying, treating people with disrespect and being oblivious towards their personal space and privacy rights.
And like I said in the previous post, mine and my bikes pictures were already taken once or twice and posted at a certain message board, but it was done with my permission, person with the camera asked if it was ok first, and I didn't have a problem with that.
Wow, yeah...no. You can't just call whatever you want illegal, you know? You can say it's wrong, unethical, whatever, but you can't just make up the law. The law states that you do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy in public. If you were on your motorcycle in a public bathroom, you would have a reasonable expectation of privacy and it would be against the law for someone to photograph you (although, a motorcycle in a bathroom could be considered newsworthy, and that would be for the courts to argue over). On your bike on the street? Tough ****. You try to take someone's camera and/or punch them in the face for taking your picture, you're going to be the one with legal problems.
