Strange, I had a 1974 Honda CB750K with a 5 or 7 length VIN and ran it by the insurance co. and the MTO with no problems.
A VIN is a VIN - it's the ministry's problem, not yours, that they can't run a check on it.

Perhaps try another location, or another teller?

Saw a red SV650s parked on Temperance between Yonge and Bay in downtown despite the rain. I work nearby and usually park my bike there as well, on a normal day you'd see like 50 bikes there. I haven't seen even one for a while now, so I got a grin on my face when I saw it! I wish it was summer :(

Wilson Heights/Sheppard+ Jan 19 @5pm+ slush+ salt+ windy as hell+ minus 5 degrees+ cruiser with a beanie= wtf!

I can go beanie in the coldest weather, don't matter. But salt and slush = bad.

Possible GTAM member sighting, 21 Jan, in WV

So I was chuffing up a big hill the other day in my big jeezus truck on the I-79 S, just crossing the state line into WV, when I was passed by a little red ON plated car towing a trailer with a late model Suzuki Boulevard strapped down in it. If memory serves, someone on GTAM was talking about trailering south with their cruiser around this time of year but damned if I can find the relevant thread.

Anyway, whoever it was, I hope your first order of business at your destination is to give the bike a good wash - it looked real grungy all covered in that layer of salt and sand. ;)

This morning, just before 10:30AM, riding southbound down Kennedy Road near Lawrence in Scarborough.

Me: On my '05 Suzuki V-Strom DL650;

You: Possibly a silver/blue Suzuki GSX-R/GSF-series, didn't really get a look at the bike, but you had a black helmet, came out of Snow City.

Good to see another rider out in the area.

Yep haha, hopefully my VFR gets finished soon so I can ride that instead of the burgman :p
 
This evening 401 westbound in Ajax you were riding a recent model black SS at dusk (5:20PM) with no headlight! Almost pulled into the lane you were in and just saw a faint, dark shadow in my side mirror as I checked before switiching lanes. You were going about 20 over the flow of traffic speed so; hope you made it to where ever you were headed. Better get that light fixed asap buddy! Bad enough people aren't expecting bikes out this time of year but no headlight at dusk on a black bike - Yikes!

Saw buddy with gen 2 silver busa at GPbikes today when trying on 1 peice suits. You were telling me about the gloves with the inner mittie. What exhaust are you running, the bike sounded exactly like another bike in a video I have seen, which sounds amazing but no exhaust information. Let me know!
