Just passed a rider standing by his bike (white w/ gold forks, he was wearing red, white and black) behind a small white car. He was on the inside shoulder of the 401 EB just before Guelph Line... I hope everything's okay! Scary place to be pulled over :( You were on your cell, so hopefully you get help soon. Good luck! Be safe!
